Background

The purpose of this request was to seek information regarding the Registry of Motor Vehicle’s use of facial recognition technology and sharing of license photographs and information with law enforcement and other agencies, including grant applications, memoranda of understanding or agreement, records requests, privacy policies, and legal justifications.
